Gratituesday 8.28.18 - Are you Hungry?
My friend and colleague, Stacy Crowe posted a video on Facebook this morning. It was a motivational speech by Les Brown - author, radio DJ and former politician. He spoke about how a teacher empowered him to shift his thinking and BE PREPARED. Okay not only prepared, but HUNGRY. He said, "I was hungry. You gotta be hungry. Begin to know that you have greatness within you. And if...you...envision being blessed and highly favored to reach your goals…you can touch people’s lives and the world will never be the same again."
I definitely live the blessed and making a difference part, but not the hunger. And it really about intention. Either sitting back and being passive or stepping up and taking charge. And while being proactive is the harder path, we only have one life to LIVE. So let's be hungry together. I took a break from my weekly lists last week, so without further ago, here we go!
