Gratituesday 5.9.23 - Pushing Through the Negativity

It’s been a long few days, and I’m tired. I’ve been a little more negative than usual, so taking a moment to reflect on the positive has been a challenge. But I’m proud to say I’m pushing through the negativity. It did take a while, but I did find some positivity. Here are my weekly gratitudes, celebrations and desires. Feel free to join in. The comment section is always open.

Gratitudes

  1. Warmer weather and open windows

  2. My yoga practice

  3. Hot baths

  4. The support of my parents

  5. Catering leftovers

Celebrations

  1. Booking weddings for 2024 (but is it too much to ask for a few more for 2023?)

  2. Making a different in the relationships of my counseling couples

  3. Returning to my cleaning and content calendar

  4. 1126 days of language lessons on Duolingo

  5. Finding my missing earbuds

  5. For Maxie to stop biting my face and just general yelling
