Gratituesday 4.3.18 - Time Flies
I am not really sure where today went. In fact, I say this most days. Truth is time flies. Perhaps I need to have a list of tasks I did in a given day to remind me. But I guess that's what a crossed out to-do list is for. And while I have gotten things done, I don't know how helpful that list is. Today was one of my rare fully open days, so the fact that I got anything done was #winning! I took care of my admin duties, I wrote my morning pages, I did yoga and I finally watched the end of Jesus Christ Superstar Live. A few new couples inquired about counseling & weddings and I emailed some of my collaborators about my upcoming workshop. It may be time to create a new marker for Enough, since looking at this list, I was stinkin' productive. As I'm still doing Deepak & Oprah's meditation series, perhaps I need to take on the mantra, I AM ENOUGH. Don't worry about the flying time and Be Present. And to better prove that, here are my weekly lists. They're good ones! Check 'em out.
