Celebration Thursday 4.12.18 - Resilience
I've been super tired lately, but thankfully there is resilience in body and mind. I think I've been getting plenty of sleep, but maybe it's not enough. It all amplified yesterday -- my knees ached, there was clicking in my neck and my head throbbed for most of the day. And don't get me started on the number of times I asked my accountant for clarification on specifics of my tax return. I had lots to do, but I had no brain space for my weekly lists or my morning pages. In fact, I used the Nap Room at Primary for the first time!
Amazingly enough, I taught a wonderful morning yoga class and after 3 Extra Strength Alleve gel caps, I lead 2 very productive counseling sessions in the evening. When I think that my body and mind is falling apart, I need to put things in perspective. In fact, there's lots to celebrate and lots to be thankful for - including Resilience. While I'm posting later in the week than I usually do - better late than never! Here are my Weekly Lists.
