Gratituesday 9.19.23 - Changes of Season, Changes of Wardrobe

It’s finally starting to get cooler here in New York. So I put a put a pair of jeans on for the first time in a few months. This happens every year, but for some reason, I forget how to dress when the seasons change. It’s time to bring out the sweatshirts and sweaters. There are also new rituals, as I have pockets in my jackets for my keys and I may need to grab a scarf. But I also see some repairs that need to be made and buttons that need to be replaced. As we move from Summer to Autumn there’s tons of reflection around the Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. And I have a dinner party on Friday with a weighty discussion topic. I’d like to be more intentional as the season changes. Care to join me? Let’s create some weekly lists. I’ll go first. And the comment section is always open to add your own.
